Mountain View Manor is a private property and not open for unscheduled visits. We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. Feel free to bring as many friends and family as you want. Request a tour here.

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 of your loved ones, ensuring an intimate and inviting atmosphere.

In case of inclement weather, we have a contingency plan in place. We can seamlessly flip one of our tents to provide a comfortable covered setting.

Our standard wedding rental includes 12 hours of venue access from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This allows plenty of time for setup, getting ready, your ceremony and reception, as well as cleanup at the end of the evening. We want your wedding day to feel relaxed, joyful, and unrushed from beginning to end.

We offer dedicated spaces for both the bride and her bridesmaids and the groom and his groomsmen, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable and stylish area to prepare and create cherished pre-wedding memories.

There is plenty of space in our parking lot and an overflow field. There will be parking staff on the day of your event.

Yes. While we specialize in weddings, our venue also host select private events throughout the season. Our spaces are well-suited for graduation parties, baby and bridal showers, vow renewals, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and community gatherings that align with the venue’s capacity and layout.

The initial set-up of tables and chairs is expertly handled by our venue staff, leaving you free to focus on your special day.

We understand that pets are cherished members of your family. With a proper handler, pets are allowed, but they must be taken off-site during the reception to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

To secure your date, 30% of the rental fee is due with your signed contract.

Yes! We offer a convenient payment schedule to help make the planning process feel simple and manageable. After your initial retainer is paid to reserve your date, the remaining balance can be divided into scheduled payments leading up to your wedding day. We’re happy to walk you through the payment timeline during the booking process.

The final payment is due 90 days before your wedding, allowing you to complete your preparations and anticipate your big day with confidence.

Yes! A 1-hour wedding rehearsal is included with your venue rental. Rehearsals are typically scheduled for the Thursday before your wedding day. If there is no wedding booked on Friday, we may also be able to arrange a Friday rehearsal based on availability.

Absolutely! We have separate agreements for some that outline venue-specific requirements. Our only requirements for bartenders and caterers are that they are both licensed and ensured.

We do! To guarantee that your special day unfolds seamlessly, we do require the presence of a day-of coordinator at a minimum.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol. However, you must also hire an approved licensed and insured bartending company to serve your beverages.
