Friday & Saturday: Twelve (12) hour rental period plus 1 hour pre-arranged rehearsal (Monday-Thursday)
Weekdays & Sunday: Ten (10) hour rental period plus 1 hour pre-arranged rehearsal (Monday-Thursday)
Hours: Due to city and state ordinances, the last call at 8:30 PM and last dance on or before 9:00 PM with one hour for send off, packing up/loading and vendor exit by 10:00pm.
Other: The venue can be rented by the hour with a 4 hour minimum, limited times and days available.
Booking Fee: $1,500 non-refundable booking fee, applied to total. Balance due 60 days prior to event. Damage Deposit: $750 refundable 30 days post event, additional fees if hard alcohol is served.
Guest Count: For events that exceed 200 guest an additional facility fee will be assessed, 300 guest maximum.
Use of 40’ x 60’ white reception tent with liner and leg drapes along with table and chairs is included in the rates above .
Rates exclude sales tax of 9.5%
